 FAQs

  • We recommend a flat surface with at least 20’ L x 15’ W x 10’ H of space to comfortably set up the inflatable enclosure and allow for a full swing.

  • We provide everything you need: the simulator, golf clubs, balls, and access to world-class courses. All you have to do is show up and play.

  • Our simulators are set up in a covered enclosure, so light weather isn’t a problem. For severe weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule your event.

  • We provide clubs, but you’re welcome to use your own if you prefer.

  • Setup takes about 45 minutes and tear-down is about the same. We handle it all for you.

  • Yes! The simulator is great for players of all ages and skill levels. We can adjust settings to make it fun and safe for everyone.

  • All bookings are handled online through our secure system, and payment is required at the time of booking.

    • Cancel 14+ days before your booking → Full refund

    • Cancel 2–14 days before → 50% refund

    • Cancel within 24 hours → No refund
